ALL falls are a warning sign. A fall – even if a person isn’t injured – is typically a sign of underlying pelvic muscle imbalances that need to be addressed. By strengthening and stretching we aim to balance out the primary and secondary muscles of the hips and pelvis.
This short course will help you identify where those imbalances are and how to diminish them to create more balance in your muscles and your gait leading to fewer serious falls.
This workshop is perfect for beginners, seniors, pre and post surgical hip patients and anyone wanting to learn more about how to create better pelvic stability.
Each participant will leave with a small daily workout.
