Body Smart is an interactive class, using activities, story and play where children will learn about their bodies and ultimately better understand them. Certified Sexual Health Educator, Selena, will share age appropriate information to empower kids to better understand the management of our changing bodies, puberty, consent, boundaries, emotional health and safety.

Objectives of this class; private parts and scientific names, body functions, feelings and vocabulary, basics of consent, safety and personal boundaries, human and animal beginnings.

The result should be safer, smarter children.

Please consider also registering for Sport Mix (Ages 9-12) if you would like a half-day camp experience for your child.
