Ages 14+

Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and CPR skills for the workplace and home. This course includes: wound care, EpiPen injections, metered dose inhalers, unconsciousness and shock. This is an equivalent course to WorkSafe OFA Level 1.

A Canadian Red Cross Certification course which includes a manual and pocket mask.
