Reduce stress and pain, and find more ease with the Alexander Technique (AT). AT is an embodied approach to increase body awareness, get more connected to yourself, and to reduce stress, tension and pain. Habitual ways of moving and thinking often lead to physical and mental limitations. Learning strategies to change habitual posture and movement will result in upright poise, effortless movement, better energy and improved well-being. In these 2-day workshops, we will explore ways to integrate the AT principles into your movement and day-to-day living to find more calmness, clarity, and ease in body and mind!
Note: The workshop is for people with or without experience in the Alexander Technique. Please bring a water bottle, 3–4 paperback books and a yoga mat (if available), and come in comfortable clothes. There will be a one hour lunch break each session. Bringing a brown bag lunch and eating at the Studio is an option.
