In this 4 part series participants will learn to breathe in a way that encourages healthier and more efficient muscle contraction and relaxation. We will discuss the connection between breath and the deepest abdominal muscles and learn some simple techniques and exercises to encourage increased strength and mobility.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat. Limited enrollment begins on May 21st at 9am.
Attendees to this program are asked to print and fill out this ParQ Physical Activity Readiness form (link) and bring it to the first class.
