Ages 15+
Traditional Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu exploring standing and ground techniques. This weekly class is designed to build a foundation of skills covering distance management, escapes from wrist and body grabs, and ground defence. We will also learn ground positions, passes, sweeps, and submissions through partner drilling. Build confidence and acquire legitimate martial arts skills in this amazing style. This is a safe and supportive learning environment, with a lot of close quarters contact.
