Summer is a great time to energize the body and mind! You are invited to come and enjoy a variety of accessible Yoga Flow Series designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility while enhancing concentration, creativity and peace of mind. All levels welcome! Please bring a yoga mat and block.

The Poetry Yurt is located on the property of the Gabriola Commons. The yurt is nestled in the tree— a 2 minute south-southwest walk across the grass from the main building. The yurt is fully accessible with a ramp and walkway.
