Do you have a young child with tons of energy? Come in your jammies and be ready for bed after playing hard with fast paced circuits, exercises and games.

Instructor Jenny Ivany is an experienced NCCP level 2 gymnastics coach and physical literacy specialist. She leads this varied program aimed at enhancing strength, balance, flexibility and co-ordination using simple equipment, exercises, games and circuit based activities.
