This program blends a challenging, fun workout with technical Kickboxing development. Emma will lead you through drill kicking and punching combinations; as well learn how to create angles, build combinations, and explore countering techniques. This is going to be a high energy excellent workout with structure and great skill building.

This class will help to:
– Develop strong focus and mental discipline
– Reduce stress by directing energy into a positive physical outlet
– Gain a broad skill set with an experienced instructor

WEDNESDAYS — 13 classes
Sept. 11, 18, 25, Oct. 2, 16, 2̶3̶, 30, Nov. 6, 13, 20,27, Dec. 4, 11 , 18*
Time: 5:30 – 6:30pm  |  Fee: $165

*No class Oct. 9 and Oct. 23 due to instructor unavailability. Added make-up class Dec. 18.
