Do you have a young child with tons of energy? Come in your jammies and be ready for bed after playing hard with fast paced circuits, exercises and games.
Instructor Jenny Ivany is a Level 2 gymnastics coach and physical literacy specialist. This program uses simple equipment, varied exercises, fun games, and circuit based activities to enhance balance, strength, and co-ordination.
