NEW | A 2-part series for beginner to pro-athlete
Looking to create improvements and efficiencies within your current fitness level or pelvic floor health? This series will teach you what you need to do to be the most efficient with your whole body by beginning with thoughtful pelvic floor control. We will learn how to breath in a way that engages and relaxes the deep pelvic floor muscles. Then, we will challenge them in every imaginable position including standing in order to find optimal, functional control.
