Ages 16+
This 4 hour course will help you learn tools to manage and relieve your plantar fasciitis. This often intermittent ailment of the lower leg and foot can be very painful, most commonly in the heel and foot. In this course we will learn fascial release and strengthening techniques to help you identify the pain early and relieve some existing pain.
