ExpiredWomen’s Self Defence Level 1 (Ages 14+)

Ages 14+

A class for teen girls and adult women. Level 1 covers establishing and maintaining base, distance management philosophy, basic escapes from wrist and body grabs, and ground defence.

In this class Emma will provide a supportive environment where you will learn how to safely escape many different situations and scenarios, and will include verbal de-escalation tactics. This is a hands-on workshop with partners and there will be a lot of close quarters contact.

Saturdays, June 17 and 24  |  10am – 12pm  |  Fee: $40
