A workshop for teen girls and adult women. Learn how to safely escape threatening situations in a supportive environment. In this workshop Emma will cover verbal de-escalation tactics; distance management; basic escapes from wrist, body and hair grabs, as well as ground defence. Come away empowered and armed with practical tools to help you stay safe!
