Cindy Cormons is a certified Red Cross First Aid and CPR Instructor and Training Partner. She has instructed a variety of Red Cross classes for all ages on central Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands for over 20 years. For many of those years she has done classes for the Gabriola Recreation Society. She also instructs first aid classes for Nanaimo Parks and Recreation and for local groups, organizations and businesses.
Cindy enjoys instructing and believes that every person leaves the class with first aid knowledge and skills that make the community a better place—a little knowledge can make a huge difference in the life of a friend, family or neighbour.
She has also been a preschool instructor with Nanaimo Parks and Recreation since 1999 and instructs the Canada Safety Council Home Alone program.
